compensation and benefit programs that are market competitive
with similar not-for-profit organizations delivering similar
health care in Southwestern Minnesota.
Redwood Area Hospital believes in the concept of “Total
Compensation” in which compensation is comprised of base pay,
incentive pay and an employee benefit program that in total is
competitive with comparable employers and consistent with the
organization’s mission and values.
