The race will be on the Redwood Valley High School Cross Country
Course, located behind the Redwood Valley High School off
Highway 19 in Redwood Falls.

5K run/walk at 10:00am.....$15.00*
*after July 4th....................$18.00
Kids races..........................$8.00
(includes race t-shirt and medal)
200 meter: 6 and under - 800 meter: 11 and under
High School Team Competition
Runners under 18 as of July 12 are eligible to compete
as a team. A team will consist of 3-5 runners with at
least one runner being of the opposite sex. The
accumulative time of the first three finishers (one of whom is
the opposite sex) will determine the winning team.

7:00-8:30am....Race Day Registration and packet pick-up
9:00am............5K Run/Walk
10:15am..........200 meter kids race
10:30am..........800 meter kids race

Members
1st through 3rd place.......Medals
in the following categories:
15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and older
Door prizes will be awarded after the races.
