| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM: Shelly Pauling, Education & Communications Manager RE: Breast Cancer Awareness Night - Mother's Day Special DATE: April 22, 2009 The Redwood Area Hospital and the West Central Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society are co-sponsoring a women’s evening on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Redwood Area Hospital Education Room (please use the west entrance). Juli Sanner, RN, OCN, from the Coborn Breast Cancer Center in St. Cloud will present “Navigating the System of Prevention, Detection, Current Treatment, and Follow-up of Breast Cancer”. Juli will discuss healthy practices to decrease the risk of breast cancer, how to detect and screen for breast cancer including digital mammography, new treatment options, and appropriate follow-up following the treatment of breast cancer. Juli has been an RN for 33 years and managed the Coborn Breast Cancer Center for the past 10 years.
