2008 Flu Clinic Schedule

Flu Immunization clinics will be held on the following dates:

October 22, 2008
Redwood Falls - Redwood Area Community Center Room #3
1:30pm-5:30pm

October 28, 2008
Wabasso - Wabasso Community Center
2:30pm-5:00pm

November 6, 2008
Lucan - Lucan Community Center
3:30-5:30pm

November 18, 2008
Redwood Falls - Redwood Area Community Center Room #3
2:30-5:30pm

Fees
Flu shots can be received for a cost of $25.00. Insurance claims will be filed for individuals participating with Medicare, Medical Assistance, Blue Plus and UCARE only. Private insurances will NOT be billed (Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medica, Preferred One, etc.)

Please bring your Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medical Assistance, Blue Plus or UCare cards with you.
