Veteran Assistance

The Caring Connection program is contracted with the Minneaspolis Veterans Assistance (VA) to provide the following services to veterans that meet the necessary criteria:

*Nursing Supervision

*Medication Administration

*Assistance with bathing, eating, walking and toileting

*Physicial, Occupational and Speech Therapies

*Social interation

*Diet Monitoring

*Health Monitoring

Assisting Veterans to remain at home as long as possible.
