Eligible Candidates Patients with any of the following conditions may be eligible for the program:  *Angina pectoris (chest pain)  *Myocardial infarction (heart attack)  *Cardiovascular surgery (bypass of valve replacement)  *Documented coronary artery disease  *Coronary angioplasty/stent placement
