| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM: Shelly Pauling, Education & Communications Manager RE: Redwood Area Hospital Foundation Hosts Casino Night Fundraiser DATE: April 2, 2007 Redwood Falls, MN. The Redwood Area Hospital Foundation is holding a fundraiser at Jackpot Junction on Monday, April 30, 2007 from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to purchase furnishings for the Redwood Area Hospital’s new hospital family waiting area. In the past, donations have enabled the foundation to fund needs in Caring Connection (adult day services program), cancer care, hospice, diabetes education, surgical services as well as in other areas of the hospital. Last year the proceeds were used for the purchase of a defibrillator for a local police squad car in Redwood Falls. Tickets can be purchased from Foundation Board members or by calling Karen, Melges, Foundation Director at 507-637-4668. Tickets can also be purchased at the Casino the night of the event. Donations to the foundation are tax deductible. Come out for the fundraiser on April 30, 2007 at Jackpot Junction starting at 4:30 p.m. and help the Redwood Area Hospital Foundation raise money for the Redwood Area Hospital’s new family waiting area. |
