Caring Connection ~
Adult Day Services
Caring Connection, Adult Day Services, is a program of the
hospital which provides comfortable and relaxing surroundings to
individuals who need extra support to remain in the community.
Caring Connection provides a safe environment and opportunities for
socialization and health monitoring.
Volunteers assisting in this department have an opportunity to spend
one-on-one time with a client while staff members tend to other
clients. Opportunities are available for volunteers to provide
entertainment, play cards, read, serve snacks, make crafts, and
share stories or experiences.
Volunteers assist staff with errands, host parties and help with
special outings.
