Click here for more information. Childbirth Preparation Class - Starts January 31, 2009 Childbirth preparation is a 1 day course designed to help you prepare for your new baby. Class will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 9am-4:30pm. Adult Grief Support Group - Starts February 3, 2009 The Adult Grief Support Group will meet on Tuesday evenings from 5-7pm in the Redwood Area Hospital Adult Day Services Room starting February 3, 2009 through March 10, 2009. The Adult Grief Support Group can offer support, friendship, information and an opportunity to talk or listen with other people who are grieving. Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Support Group - February 10, 2009 There will be an Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Support Group meeting on February 10, 2009 from 2:00-3:30pm in the Redwood Area Hospital Education Room. Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group - February 19, 2009 There will be an Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group meeting on Monday, February 19, 2009 from 2:00-3:30 in the Education Room. Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Support Group - March 10, 2009 There will be an Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Support Group meeting on March 10, 2009 from 2:00-3:30pm in the Redwood Area Hospital Education Room. Topic: "TBA" presented by TBA. Advanced Cardiac Life Support The Redwood Area Hospital will be hosting Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training March 3-5, 2009 for nurses, physicians, and EMT's. ACLS training will teach you to learn the critical assessment-management actions for 10 core cases by conducting the Primary and Secondary ABCD Surveys and implementing the algorithms. Class Brochure. Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group - March 19, 2009 There will be an Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2009 from 2:00-3:30 in the Education Room. Topic: "TBA" presented by TBA. Bridging the Gap - March 28, 2009 There will be a Spring Retreat on March 28, 2009 from 9am-1pm in the Redwood Area Hospital Education Room. Bridging the Gap is a free program that gives kids who have experienced the death of someone special, the opportunity to connect with others "who have been there." Hospice Memorial Service - April TBA, 2009 The Redwood Area Hospice will be sponsoring their annual memorial service on Monday, April TBA, 2009 at 7:30pm at the United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls. Foundation Fundraiser: Casino Night April 27, 2009 The 5th Annual "Casino Night" will be held on Monday, April 27, 2009 at Jackpot Junction Casino in Morton, MN. Proceeds will be used to TBA. Topic: "TBA" presented by TBA. Bike Rodeo The 9th Annual Bike Rodeo will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 5:30-8pm at the Redwood Area Community Center in Redwood Falls, MN. The event is free and open to parents and children of all ages. Cancer Survivor's Picnic - TBA, 2009 The 15th Annual Cancer Survivor's Picnic will be held on July TBA, 2009 from 5:00-7:00pm at the Redwood Area Hospital in the Education Room. ACMC/RAH 5K Run/Walk & Kids Run - TBA The race will be on the Redwood Valley High School Cross Country Course, located behind the Redwood Valley High School off Highway 19 in Redwood Falls. Classes will be held on Wednesdays starting July 22 through August 12, 2009 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. RAT Dinner Theatre "TBA" Foundation Fundraiser - July TBA, 2009 The Redwood Area Hospital Foundation in conjunction with the Redwood Area Theatre will be hosting a dinner theatre event for the opening night of "TBA". 23rd Annual Ice Cream Circus - TBA, 2009 The 24th Annual Ice Cream Circus will be held on September TBA, 2009 from 4:30-7pm at the Redwood Area Community Center.
