| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM: Shelly Pauling, Education & Communications Manager RE: Childbirth Classes Start Sept. 5, 2007 DATE: August 2, 2007 The Obstetrical Department at the Redwood Area Hospital will be offering Childbirth Preparation classes in September 2007. Childbirth preparation is a four-session course that is held from 7-9pm on Wednesday evenings starting September 5, 2007 and concluding on Wednesday, September 26, 2007. Classes will be held at the Redwood Area Hospital in the Education Room, please use the entrance on Gould Street. Topics to be covered include nutrition, exercise, labor and delivery, newborn and postpartum care. A tour of the Obstetrical Department, including the new labor and delivery suites, will be provided. The Redwood Area Hospital encourages all expecting parents to attend childbirth preparation classes.
