| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM: Shelly Pauling, Education & Communications Manager RE: Free Coaches Clinic DATE: May 19, 2009 The Redwood Area Hospital will be hosting a free coaches clinic on Monday, June 1, 2009 from 6:30pm-8:00pm at the Redwood Area Community Center in Room 3B. This clinic will be presented by Heidi Irlbeck, PT, DPT, ATC. Heidi focus on the following topics: speed, agility, strength, and plyometric concepts; exercises for sport-specific movement; injury prevention concepts; Redwood Area Hospital’s new sports medicine programming and growth and development of sports medicine and athletic training. The target audience for this clinic is school/youth/volunteer and community coaches as well as sports directors. Pre-registration is required. If you would like to pre-register, please call 507-637-4606. We reserve the right to cancel this clinic without a minimum of five participants.
