The Redwood Area Hospital Caring Connections program and Redwood County Volunteers are co-sponsoring a series of caregiver educational classes.

Join us for the next education session on Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 2:00-3:30pm. The topic “Strategies to Improving Sleep in Older Adults” will be presented by Ann McKinley, RN, Center for Senior Behavioral Health - Meeker County Memorial Hospital.

This session will review the changes in sleep patterns that occur with aging and discuss intervention strategies for improving sleep n the older adult.

This class will be held in the Redwood Area Hospital Education Room (please use the west entrance on Gould Street). In order to provide adequate seating, pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Respite care for your loved one is also available during the education session but you must pre-register.
