| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM: Shelly Pauling, Education & Communications Manager RE: Seasons Open House - 5 Year Anniversary Celebration DATE: July 7, 2009 The Redwood Area Hospital Hospice Department would like to cordially invite you and your family to our Open House celebration of Seasons our End-of-Life home on Thursday, July 23, 2009 from 4pm-7pm. In honor of our five year anniversary, hot dogs, chips, lemonade and cookies will be served. The Redwood Area Hospital Hospice Department became Medicare Certified in 1990 and on March 1, 2004, Seasons officially opened its doors. Over the past five years, Seasons has served 102 clients and their families from Redwood Falls and surrounding communities. Seasons is staffed by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, with a Registered Nurse (RN) always available for back-up coverage. During the open house on July 23, 2009, the public will be able to see some of the changes that have been made since Seasons first opened five years ago. Ceiling lifts have been installed in all bedrooms for safer transfer, stair chairs have been upgraded for easier access to all levels of the house and some of the furniture has been replaced. Please join us on Thursday, July 23, 2009 during our Open House. We are located at 400 Veda Drive in Redwood Falls. We hope to see you there! |
