RE: Upcoming Childbirth Classes
DATE: February 1, 2010
The Obstetrical Department at the Redwood Area Hospital will be
offering childbirth preparation classes on Saturday, February 6,
2010 from 9am-4:30pm. This class will be held at the Redwood
Area Hospital in the Education Room, please use the entrance on
Gould Street.
Topics to be covered include nutrition, exercise, labor and
delivery, newborn care, postpartum care and car seat safety. A
tour of the Obstetrical Department, including the new labor and
delivery suites, will also be provided. You can also see a
virtual tour of the OB department on our website.
The Redwood Area Hospital encourages all expecting parents to
attend childbirth preparation classes and parents should make an
effort to attend during the second trimester of pregnancy.
