2008 Childbirth Preparation Classes - *We strongly encourage that you take childbirth classes during your second trimester.

Session 1: Monday's, January 7-28, 2008
Session 2: Saturday, April 12, 2008
Session 3: Tuesday's, August 5-26, 2008
Session 4: Saturday, October 28, 2008

Class/Event Description

Childbirth preparation is a 1 or 4-session course to help you prepare for your new baby. Topics to be covered include nutrition, exercise, labor and delivery, newborn and post-partum care, car seat safety and breastfeeding.

A tour of the OB department, including the new labor and delivery suites, will be provided.

Fees

The fee for childbirth classes is $15.00 per couple. Please contact Shelly Pauling, Education & Communications Manager at 507-637-4527 if you may need financial assistance to attend class.
